Ahoy!
The August 2016 Meetup of The Windows Developer User Group is scheduled for August 15th from 6PM to 8PM @ Improving Ohio Office. Please see details below & kindly RSVP.
Topic:
Let’s 3D Print our next IoT Device!
Abstract:
Do you have a great idea for a new device but don’t know where to start? Want to know how you can make your own designs, print them, and use Azure to connect it all? In this talk, Christopher will show his Attendance box, used by Capital University, and show how it was developed completely in house.
You’ll learn where to find reliable, affordable 3D printing in your area, how to use a Raspberry Pi to power your IoT (Internet of Things) device, and how to setup Azure to connect it all together. With a combination of creative and technical topics, join Christopher for an overview of the entire process of prototyping and creating a custom solution to fit your needs.
