Abstract:
With the release of the Xbox One, Microsoft released its second edition of the Kinect device as well. With the purchase of an additional adapter, you can hook up your Windows 8 applications to the Kinect. Come enjoy an evening building out a simple game with the Kinect device while we learn about some of the new capabilities of the updated Kinect!

Speaker Bio:
Brian Sherwin is a Technical Evangelist with Microsoft from Columbus, Ohio. He has been a consultant and trainer for over 15 years. One of his core passions is helping companies make decisions based on value and not a particular technology.
